DialGuard

DialGuard

DialGuard is a DNCR Solution for Telemarketing Companies in UAE.

DialGuard helps call centers and telemarketing teams control outbound activity before the call happens. You can use manual provider checks from the client portal or connect directly to the Etisalat e& DNCR Check API. DialGuard blocks outbound calls to DNCR-listed numbers, gives PBX owners top-level whitelist and blacklist control, and can also enforce working-hour rules for stronger UAE telemarketing compliance.

Workflow Diagram

DialGuard is the decision app between your PBX and DNCR data sources. The PBX sends the dialed number to DialGuard, DialGuard checks whitelist and blacklist rules, then checks DNCR status from the provider portal workflow or the provider API, and finally returns allow or block back to the PBX before the call is placed.

Manual route API route Allowed Blocked

Organized for manual workflow, optional API automation, and real compliance control.

DialGuard is designed for UAE telemarketing companies that want a cleaner DNCR workflow without forcing every client into the same provider integration model.

01

No need to pay for provider API if you do not need it

The manual workflow is simple: check through the provider portal, upload the result to DialGuard, and stop outbound activity to DNCR numbers from your own environment.

02

Optional direct e& API integration

Clients who want a direct provider workflow can connect to the official Etisalat e& DNCR Check API. Provider service setup and provider charges stay direct with e&; we are not reselling the API.

03

Owner control above provider response

Whitelist and blacklist controls sit above the result workflow, giving the PBX owner stronger decision control over outbound behavior.

What is UAE DNCR?

The UAE DNCR is the national Do Not Call Registry used to protect consumers from unwanted marketing calls. Telemarketing companies must avoid calling registered numbers and should control their calling process in line with UAE telemarketing requirements.

  • National registry protection
The DNCR is used to protect consumers from unwanted marketing phone calls and support a safer communication environment.
  • Companies must avoid registered numbers
Telemarketers should cross-check numbers and avoid calling consumers listed in the DNCR.
  • Working-hour control matters
DialGuard can help stop outbound activity outside approved calling windows, which supports cleaner and safer telemarketing operations.
  • Protect your team and company
Better workflow control helps reduce risky dialing behavior and supports internal compliance management.

Voice system compatibility and implementation scope

We support all voice systems. Final implementation scope depends on your existing setup, current hardware, and telecom environment.

  • Support for real telecom environments
PBX systems, SIP trunks, gateways, PRI/BRI, analog lines, GSM environments, SIM-based calling setups, and mixed voice deployments.
  • Additional hardware may be required
Depending on your equipment and network design, we may recommend extra hardware or gateway components.
  • Mention your system details when requesting service
Share your PBX brand, phones, provider lines, gateway models, server setup, and number of agents so we can review your environment properly.
  • Fixed-price dashboard workflow
DialGuard provides an organized workflow dashboard with unlimited internal checking under the fixed service model we provide for your deployment.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers for clients who want to understand DialGuard, UAE DNCR, API setup, and implementation scope.

No. For many clients, the manual provider-check workflow is enough. If you choose direct API integration, the provider relationship and provider billing stay direct with e&; we do not resell the API.
Yes. All providers have a manual check option in the client portal. You can take the checked result data, upload it to DialGuard, and use DialGuard to stop outbound calls to DNCR numbers.
DialGuard supports full integration with the official Etisalat e& DNCR Check API. Clients who use that route need the provider service directly from e& and pay the provider directly according to the provider model.
Yes. DialGuard can control outbound operating windows so your server or outbound workflow can be stopped outside approved calling times, helping your team stay safer and more compliant.
In most cases, yes. We support all voice systems, but the final scope depends on your current setup. In some projects we may recommend additional hardware. Share your system details in the service request.
Use the main xDialer request page and mention that you need DialGuard, plus your PBX, lines, phones, gateways, server details, and number of agents.

Direct API route: what clients should know

For clients that want the API route, DialGuard can be integrated into the official provider workflow while keeping provider access and provider charges direct with the telecom provider.

  • Official developer onboarding exists
The e& API portal describes a flow that includes exploring APIs, signing up, enabling API access using source IP details, and selecting a plan for an application.
  • Direct provider relationship
Clients who want direct API integration should arrange the provider service directly with e&. This keeps provider billing transparent and avoids unnecessary markups from our side.
  • DialGuard stays focused on workflow and integration
Our role is to integrate the checking workflow into your outbound environment, apply your call-control logic, and align the result with your actual telemarketing operation.
  • Mention your environment in the request
Share the provider, PBX model, server location, network design, and outbound calling workflow so the integration plan can be scoped correctly.
