DialGuard FAQ
No. For many clients, the manual provider-check workflow is enough. If you choose direct API integration, the provider relationship and provider billing stay direct with e&; we do not resell the API.
Yes. All providers have a manual check option in the client portal. You can take the checked result data, upload it to DialGuard, and use DialGuard to stop outbound calls to DNCR numbers.
DialGuard supports full integration with the official Etisalat e& DNCR Check API. Clients who use that route need the provider service directly from e& and pay the provider directly according to the provider model.
Yes. DialGuard can control outbound operating windows so your server or outbound workflow can be stopped outside approved calling times, helping your team stay safer and more compliant.
In most cases, yes. We support all voice systems, but the final scope depends on your current setup. In some projects we may recommend additional hardware. Share your system details in the service request.
